This should keep the dog walkers on their toes.

An interesting addition to the meadow alongside the North Road allotment site – Longhorn cattle.  From the picture from NHDC it would appear that these are special ‘safety’ cattle.  Note that although they have long horns, as their name implies, the horns point downwards.

BALGA are currently in negotiation with NHDC about the supply of drinking water after our takeover on April Fools day this year, as we will then ‘own’ the only supply of piped water adjacent to the meadow.
